Warranty Policy

Clutch Express Inc. is a warehouse distributor of clutch kits and otherClutch Assembly Kit automotive parts that have been manufactured by different manufacturers from around the world. All parts are covered by a "manufacturers warranty". Clutch Express Inc. does not provide any warranty independent from or in addition to the "manufacturers warranty".  Provisions for these warranties will vary from company to company. The manufacturer has the final decision-making authority regarding warranty replacement of a failed part.

All catalog applications are listed using the very best sources available. The end user must verify fitment before installation. Clutch Express will not be responsible for fitment problems or catalog errors.

General Warranty Provisions

Clutch Express Inc., and all of the manufacturers we represent will not cover failure or malfunctions resulting from accidents, improper installation, improper application, modification of any part, normal wear or abuse. Clutch Express Inc., and all of the manufacturers we represent will not be liable for any expenses related to the replacement of any failed part(s), including but not limited to, other parts damaged by the failed part(s), labor, loss of use, loss of profits, towing, lodging and/or rental vehicle expense. 

NOTE:
To qualify for parts replacement under warranty you must provide proof the flywheel was either replaced or resurfaced at the time the clutch was installed. Under no circumstances will Clutch Express Inc. be liable for more than the original purchase price of the failed part(s).

Warranty Return Procedure

Clutch Express Inc. requires that you call us to receive authorization for any possibly defective part you desire to return under the manufacturer's warranty. You will be issued a "return authorization number" (RA#) that must be clearly displayed on the packaging of the part being returned. Please complete the return form from this link, make sure your RA# is in the space provided and submit the form. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return any part. No "freight collect" parts will be accepted. No parts without a (RA#) will be accepted.

Non-Warranty Return Policy & Procedure

Clutch Express Inc. requires that you call us to receive authorization for any part you desire to return. You will be issued a  "return authorization number" (RA#) that must be clearly displayed on the packaging of the part being returned. Please print out and complete the return form from this link, make sure your RA# is in the space provided. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return any part. No "freight collect" parts will be accepted. No parts without a (RA#) will be accepted.

 No part may be returned after 60 days from date of sale.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee when non-warranty parts are returned.

The following parts are non-returnable:

  • Special order parts.
  • Parts that have been installed.
  • Parts that have been modified.

For parts to be considered for return they must meet the following conditions:

  • They must be clean and in their original packaging, in ready to sell condition.
  • All original parts and literature must be in the box.
